thats why aku rebore je block tu...takut jpj kacau kete aku...at first memang aku nak letak blok 1.8 ..then baru aku teringat 1.6 ke atas kena letak disc brek kat belakang..so..nak pasang disc brek je dah RM700-RM800..pastu blum confirm lulus lagi tu...cc dah change kena test plak...tayar nak kena cun..then silap-silap kena tukar tayar lagi...tinted..plak...takut kena kacau jugak...bodypart tak kira lagi...aiyoo...pening woo..last..last rebore je laa..cos memang lah lebih kurang...tp less hasle la..tak yah register...

so far...my engine..running in weel good cond..still in running in period 2500 KM..then need to retighten my head...and readjust my cam....lagipun me not a ganas driver..should be ok kot...seldom use car also...however in future me dont know...hopefully ok la...

i'm new here.I heard many good abt 4G91 engine from all the 4G91 seniors here long time ago,it gave me a great reputation abt this engine.I would like to tranplant 4G91(m) into my car p.wira 1.3 (m),this few days i had visited to few auto parts shop and get the price for halfcut..almost all the price is stick at rm3200 for the halfcut..may i know is that any place got nice or cheaper price for this halfcut ?thank you!hope to join all of u soon

i want to increase the power of my engine laa..so how much is the price for 4G93 cam? n wud it do any gud if i use an adjustable fuel regulator? can i put a 60mm modified t/b for 4g93 like the one they sell at autobags? thanx guys

RM3200 (m)= including installation/JPJ approve/oil/timing belt....dll,is standard price,as mine....i done it 1 year ago....

intake manifold

my mech found me a bunch of intake manifold yesterday, in kereta potong, but the problem is that he couldn't tell which one is for 4g91 and which one is for 4g93... he can't tell the difference la... cos too many of them. now still doing da matching when he is free. anyone has a easier way to tell? thanks a lot ya

i am also new here... few days earlier... hehe...i transplant my engine last october. i bought the half cut (4g91 m) for 2500, installation not included. i did the transplant in speed mag, and traded in my old 4g15 carb for 400 bucks... auto gearbox... kena potong by speed mag kau kau la the workmanship. but i heard now price has gone up already... but nto sure how much it has gone p la...

measure the size of the manifold lah...4g91 is 50mm if not mistaken..

rossi....yup...unfortunately....prices of 4G91 halfcuts has gone up tremendously..
i just transplanted a 4G91 to my wira a few days ago....
the manual 4G91 halfcut cost me around RM3k...and stock in the market for manual halfcut is very lil these days..my mech ran up to 3 halfcut shops to manage to find one for me...if 6 months ago,the halfcut would only cost around RM2.4-2.5k only
heard from the halfcut shop guys that the prices will increase again this end of the month...:frown: sigh
overall u will need around RM4k plus to undergo the whole transplant conversion.....halfcut,installation,jpj and some misc part changes...
