kete lama aku CKD (1981)... lagipon aku pernah xcden dulu yg kene kat area casis... last time aku henjut... kete aku buat donnut... pastu biler aku check body... body aku dah twisted sket (body roll)... body baru yg aku dapat nie dari model 1980 tp CBU. nampak body dia okeh agi... so planning untuk wat sumtin yg xtream sket kot... maybe nak cari henjin force induction...

tp tak der sen skarang... baru perabis dekat 4k untuk beli kete... maybe kene hold dulu project... kat seremban nie ari tu aku ushar halfcut SR20DET baru 1800... cam menarik jer... hehehhe...

Bro...u remember aa...in this 4g91 gang only got 3 ppl just using carb....ayell from segamat....you from subang...and me from kajang....aku orang lain la...tapi kita bertiga je yang pakai carburator dalam forum nieh....tapi sekarang aku pun plan nak tukar EFI dalam hujung minggu nie sebab cuti birthday agong kan...so hantar pegi bikin lah....patut lah senyap sekejap...rupenye beli keta baru...no wonder lah 4g15...eyh then keta lama jual dah ke?...hehehe nanti dah masuk SR20 DET jangan lah lupa pulak gang lama :shades_smile: hua hua hua....anyway hope to see ur project go on soon...
 
sape kata SOHC kalau belting snap takde ape sangat???? sebab belting lah aku tukar ke 4g91 carb....everything hancussss piston berlubang...12 valve semua bengkok....waterpump pecah...block pun pecah..paling teruk head bengkok...because of this thing happen la...i join this 4G91 GANG....hehehe long live 91'ss hua hua hua

maybe one of u got "pengalaman" how to convert to 4g91T..

how much will it cost?
Need to change engine parts arr?? piston, rod and what so ever.
 
4G93P t'body should be around RM 250-350 like that i think... can't recall the market price for it. =)

Got new car already ha? So no need for me to survey for 4G91 head for you la eh? Anyway my mech got one, but one or two of lash adjuster is gone..

Last time my 4G91 turbo also I running front disc, rear drums... go on track also no problem leer... =Þ As a matter of fact, if your rear drums, go autokhana shiok!! ...easier to do handbrake turns, coz' drum brakes are stronger than discs. Rear discs very difficult to lock the rear wheels. But front I was using perdana discs lar... which are the same as GSR's ones.

serius i dont know why .. my front disc using only stock 4g91 ..:sad_smile: .. 1st time inspection GAGAL .. the 3rd time inspection baru LULUS itupun my untie (JPJ OFFICER) tolong.. Dont want susah kan org tapi terpaksa:embaressed_smile: .. Reason Breking sistem POOR..

ary u go thru our BOT king alvin lah...he got special package for u...cheap also...

complete wit tps n isc ha...250 is ok lar ... sumfellas sell 300 also..
 
.body...actually if take stock 4g91 t.body skim to 54mm cost like 30bucks onli...hahaha...TPS n ISC nonit to change sumore...

mine 455 from v6 twin turbo(or mayb not..tis wat tat fello tell me)....
tat fell giv me free but suddenly his own 1 kong 1 wants it back..
 
Just went to KLIMS06 today.. during opis hour lagi.. hahahah.. damn best compared to 03 last time.. more delicious cars and chicks.. Maybe tak sempat to post some pics for u guys to drool.. heheh

last saturday i also go to KLIMS06 afterward...but not much lah...BMW Volkswagen SAAB..more big company don't have....some ppl said our KLIMS06 don't have the standard of international motoshows organization..so bigs company pull out from our KLIMS06...but tajulsans...its true the sight over there is very very nice :angel_smile: NICE MODELS hua hua especially NISMO mOdeLs....hehe quite kinky...better u guys go lah...
