3SGTE Timing belt

Hi all midshipper,
Appreciate if anyone can advice me on the timing belt, are 225 and 245 share the same timing belt? I need to get a new belt, which should I get, HKS or Power Entrp? I am having the 225 engine SW20 gen1.
How much the belt cost? where should I get it?

225 and 245 belts both different.........over in KL guess u only can find original toyota belt in stock........i did search for aftermarket belt last month n no one hav stock at that time...........singapore ST power hav stock on power enterprise belt for both gen.......

BTW: are u new owner of an mr2? haha

Thanks for the info. I have own an MR2 for 2 years + now. New to MR/MRS club but have met Mickey & Marcus, yet to meet the rest. Currently rebuilding an engine in progress at home, therefore requires some parts eg. big IC, TB etc. Btw you have mentioned abt RayBrig headlight available @ RM300++ in KL, where can I get a pair?

N1 tak ada meh? i think can order from HKS japan via N1. And i also recall my Mech. telling me that power belt for our cars ada

the raybrigs light is not available new in m'sia.....that is the list price from jap......over here used set they normally sell around RM200

Think i saw HKS belt for 3SGTE in N1.

i think there is a diff between gen 1,2 and gen3,4,5........saw power timing belt got 2 diff model.......and most important how much?? just curious......
