Yeah, for years I didn't taste Ipoh ngar choy kai de.
Tried many stalls in KL but none taste as good as Ipoh's one.

ours tastes tastier & ho chiak..
cos the recipe lies in our 'water'..
dats why u will notice that the ngar choy (bean sprouts) are 'fat'..
the kai (chicken) are tender & the hor fun (noodles) are smooth..

we have very tasty fish balls noodle soup.
which are equally delicious..

o yeah,about the photos,forgot 2 give ur guys a resize tool.

--> http://my-car.com.my/hcc/resize.exe

1.D/L and install
2.after tat, u will see ur "right click" got a new nav name "Resize Pictures"
3.highlight those images u wan resize, den right click & choose "Resize Pictures"

4.choose the resolutions u wan, etc 800x600
5.done. but wont replace the original images.

p/s: its a microsoft authorized resize tool~
