18RG DOHC, but 8V only...

3TC is the bang for the bucks.. block n head available in cheap form n the important part is nothing but simple.. it is one hell of a kind of push rods hemi available in local junk yard..
there is a lot machine jobs need to be done in order to make it race ready.. if i said out the price, many will prefer to jump for other readily available halfcuts like 4AGZE or 3SGTE, u won't go for 3TC..

Yeah that is why there are so many 4AG-TE solutions around. I think more cheaper to do this than 3T. I quite a few in Malaysia here nowdays are looking at 3T-GTE which is even more straight forward solution for power and drivability. I guess not many wants to play 2T/3T hybrid and extensive mods nowdays. But like Johnny says 'kwai lou' likes those, hehehe.

If peninsula can find many cheap 2/3T, i would love to have a 2T-G. But hard to find. Can find, not complete. Missing some parts here and there.

Anyway for 2T series difference is quite easy,

2T - single carb
2T-B - twin carb
2T-G - EFI

Anyway some guy overseas offered to buy the twin carb manifolds for RM1000. hahaha. Damn crazy people.

I build up my 2T-G by using;
3T crank shaft
3T oversize 89mm pistons
now it ran 2000cc with 1600cc road tax :)
