Car interior becomes an oven

Here is something I come across, it might be common sense to people know how heat can build up in a car, but how hot? and how dangerous , people just assume is not lethal enough... however hope you can see clearly the danger of leaving any living thing in your car under the sun

90 F = 32.2 C typical day in Malaysia
109 F = 42.8 C (after 10 minutes)
119 F = 48.3 C (after 20 minutes)
124 F = 51.5 C (after 30 minutes)
133 F = 56.1 C (after 60 minutes)
138F = 58.9 C (after 90 minutes)

You think any kid/adult can stand any of the above?

Even without these detail, its sad to know many parents out there leave their child baking in the car under the hot sun. no common sense?
It saddens me to see babies, kids, dogs and cats have become the victim of careless parents and owners.

Great find! I found one local study by Al-Kayiem and associates in 2010 who measured the temperature at various places inside a car cabin:

They compared the temperatures of two cars: one without any heat protection (baseline) and one that only had a sunshade on the front windshield.

Yes, the temperature inside the car cabin can increased by 4 deg C every hour to hit a maximum of slightly over 50 deg C in 5 hours.

Is this applies on even proper functioning a/c ? Even if so the result would be slight different depends one particular tint applied.

I believe if the air cond is on, the car won't feel that hot. Only if the car a/c is not on and leave the car under the
sun definitely is gonna be damn hot.

Even with tints.

Tints are just something that reduce the heat added up in the car. Won't be like oven hot when we get in.

Green house effect. Glass trap heat. Amplifies it inside.
