the dcnf will give good fuel efficiency provided it is tuned properly
with both opening at the same time, response is good, and u only need to press really lightly to get maintain the cruising of the car; this is where u get ur good fuel consumption, ive used dcnf before, fuel consumption is quite similar to stock carburettor, the dcnf is a very good daily carb, provided u get it done right

btw, if im not mistaken, the 32/36 can be set.. the lifter of the choke can be set if im not mistaken.. i just see, but not yet tested it as got no time to open and operate.. eheheee..
