recently my hotbit spring broken into 2 pc..n send for warranty..in my life never heard of spring broken unless u accident..and i suspect the spring actually made by them next to speedwork shop instead in GERMANY..then the Manager simply replace for me the spring with diff height and kgm.the manager said is same and since in using ajdustable it can be adjust to same height..wat the hell they all telling me this bull-shit story..u all can see the pic i post..pls b aware..pls spread this news...i don wan you all to b con.now im damn piss of with them... http://kelisaclub.com/forum/Smileys/yarex2/angry.gif im uploading the pic for u all to judge...

the shop name is SPEEDWORK..they claim their spring from GERMANY..if my hotbits are fake then since they sell hotbit mean fake unit?? the MANAGER Told me is the same kgm even diff height...that mean every car can have diff height of spring?? this is call suspension specialist?

AFAIK, hotbits came from australia and not germany, and speedworks licensed the production here in malaysia... if speedworks PJ that you refer, it's true that they manufacture their own springs... the factory is beside the shop maa...

i got the old batch of spring it print made in GERMANY but new batch all no printing on the spring.

u should tell them to claim for the whole suspension set not just replace

yes mayb im bad luck to get the defective unit..as a professional manufacturer they should replace 1 with same spec as the old spring and not simply take n said this can b use as same...the spring they replace for me shorter then my previous spring..im so nice to ask if i buy another spring to match the shorter pc he say RM200 per spring i was WTF man...this is call professional??

Seller should provide 1 to 1 ex-change to customer.
Result, customer will get what they paid for.

if u still keep all ur proof of purchase n d item is still under warranty,thn prolly u can bring ur case 2 d consumers' tribunal if d workshop/outlet still do not gif u a saticfactory reply..whc in ur case,i think they can't do dat,replace ur spring w another different spec unit.n oso,as a goodwill gesture,they SHUD offer 2 replace d whole set or @ least take a look @ d other 3 springs.

ur maf is screw by the oil from the k@n not the dust.that's why nowadays a lot of air filter
manufacturer opted for dry type.

LeeHK, do you have any proof to say that K&N filters are not meant for street use? Maybe your air filter was not cleaned properly & oiled properly or maybe it's fake causing the problems. I've been using K&N for a few of my cars, some used for 5 years and not a problem to my intake sensors. Sometimes we cannot just jump straight into conclusion that a product is not good because it screw up your sensors. It could be other causes. Like you over oiled the filter, did not clean it properly and on recommended intervals.

If K&N is really that bad then there would be more people complaining.

Wtf...and here i always believe speedworks is always offering its customer genuine and high quality products that really works:top:, that eugene guy i thought is a nice and friendly guy:wavey:, although every time i went there he seems to be very busy attending to customer....i will inform this matter to him ASAP.:call:.as his name being mention here.:damnmate:.
