Look nice man... is it automatically open at designated rpm or manually open? since we will only use it during hi revving, without bullet will have better flow thus more power right?
Just wanna ask, wastegate open when exhaust gas pressure reach certain point, in that case, is it possible to install it before muffler like exhaust control valve did?

yes i also looking for this answer:
For manually closed = always closed, for prevent traffic police heard it.
For Auto open: i heard using piggyback, when detect high pressure or reach high RPM, it will open. I not sure how true, the tunner must be good in this job.
For maunally open = always open, i heard very lag at starting.
So is it true for Auto open? pls advise
from some internet, they said this is call " Virtual Exhaust System "
sample: http://www.atpturbo.com/root/releases/release091004.htm
i've seen this design before in taiwan magazine.i think this 1 works better.it open the
valve base on rpm/boost.but this technology had been around for many years w/o
success.look at arouse mig r exhaust from sard.they adopt the same principle but
different design.
btw rosebrawn,i don't understand ur question on the first paragraph.:hmmmm:
IC IC. so this system doesn't work.

the first line mean there is a switch, which can switch off the system. so that no matter how hard to try, the exhaust will be always stock.
noob question...when closed how much gap is left to let the exhaust air flow through????
