if fully close,around 2-3mm.

So bro, does it hv better torque if fully/partially close?
Even using big diameter straight flow muffler the sound will be controlled well?

if fully close,ur engine will choke.they only use this setting to re-route ur exhaust to a more
free flowing pipe or to reduce sound when ur passing a road block.for street performance,
i prefer the auto 1 where it open itself when the rpm climb.

and the product is still available?? so even i use bigger diameter piping also wont decrease torque since i can adjust the valve half closed?

yup...usually vtec kaki in the state like to use this set up.for race mode,they close the valve to
re-route the exhaust gas to the second pipe that r bigger,shorter and more free flowing.

if its electronic control just wire them to emanage via a relay and crack it open at 6k rpm like vtec.... kakakaka
