which brand of 195/55/15?

Hi there, actually i'm going to use te37 rota grid on my wira..is it 195/50/15 ok to be used? will going to do some fender work after install these tyres..or 195/55/15 better? :adore:

Few friend running 195/50/15 on their Wira rota grid setup. Another one running on 195/55/15. its just a matter of hi-lo suspension setting and fender works or even spacer.
Lowered Wira with hard suspension and not even a single finger clearance are what hellaflush is all about . Protruding looking wheels too(more obvious on 195/50/15).

Looks matter on rota grid. Toyo T1R will give a more menacing stance due to the deep directional tread.
Since you're going to spoil the tyres' structure anyway, Achilles ATR Sports is more like it. hahaha.

rota is good for cornering or only for looks?

Cornering more to tyres and suspension...rims, well depends on the offset....

Hehehe, currently this is my favorite size, B segment car oni bro, not yet venture to R16 and above

R16 the jump in price is not worth it, might as well go 17" if can fit.....:driver:

Wira if no engine mod 195/50R15 will be better, diameter closer to original size. If want fuller look without lowering then 195/55R15 will fill up the wheel arch but pick up may suffer a little.[/QUOTE]

hmm..i juz mod my wira a 4-2-1 only..compare 50 with 55, i suppose that 55 will slightly comfortable?:hmmmm:
anyway might lowered it after see the effect..but at this moment hvnt decide yet..

IS dunlop fm 901 195/50/15 good than my 02 ,C drive..
any ppl use ,any comment?? good in wet grip??

wif rm180 ++,>>>>>rm230...hankook v12 most suit ur requirement......cornering, wet, dry.....good enough for street cruising n race.....(im not promoting n encouraging street racing).....it just slightly noisy compare to ps3....

for daily use.....more on cruising......better take michelin ps3.....

ofcoz.....195/55/15 r more comfort compare 195/50/15......just share:biggrin:

yes, that michelin PS3 is more better...now on my wheel, but not for race la.... i daily drive 70km
but want to change budget tyre....around 200+/- good wet grip
is that dunlop fm 901 not good ??? fast wear out ???noisy???any comment??
hankok v12 out off my budget...
any options,and affordable tyre???

Yup, FM901 is noisy. If using 195/50R15 V12Evo is slightly over RM200 only

195/50R15 cheaper then 195/55R15(normally), but both sizes are popular & easy to find.

For your budget, I think Falken best suit your choice.

hw about Toyo Proxes T1R and Bridgestone Turanza ER300? I heard about their price today and i feel like is kinda worth:biggrin:
are they good to be used? which 1 is better? if i using 195/50/15 8jj will it be not comfortable?
open for all type of opinions :adore:

I think u try to mean Bridgestone Turanza ER30, this tyre very soft, silent but easy to worn out(30~40k), and dry performance average.
Toyo T1R mainly for performance, so don't expect silent ride, but mileage no bad if u take care the pressure & tyre rotation.

very noisy:banghead:
ok...

so falken 912 is my choice:idea:

eventually i went for Yokohama Blueearth with 195/55/15 in price of RM230 each, noise level is comfort & acceptable, grip is well in dry and wet. although it is mentioned to be fuel saving tires bt i hvnt sense any decrease in fuel consumption

Right foot still heavy.... Even have savings will be very little if in town...too much traffic jam....:banghead:

Depends on how heavy is your foot like Vr2turbo said
I'm using Michelin XM2, claim to save fuel too. It does whenever I don't step on too much
but is just so much u can save if u r driving in traffic jam, cuz at tat time is not the tyres
that are causing bad FC.

vr2turbo, what 195/55/15 tyre has super stiff sidewalls? C-drive2 bloody flexes when I push it a little harder and that flex movement is a bit scary. I need something harder otherwise I'll have to upgrade to 16"
