What is the recommended time to check car balancing & alignment?

What is the most suited time to check car balancing & alignment?

Or does it based on how we drive?

Ok....
1.balancing=
when u drive after 80km/h u feel u steering hv abit jerking that mean is time to do balancing or check u car rim hv bengkok or not.....
2.aliment=
when in straight highway..take off u hand from steering...see steering hv move to left or right or not...n see all 4 pcs tyre hv make sebelah or not...if hv is tiem to do aliment n adjust camber liao....
