You're quite right, the GY F1 D5 is a bit noisy. Michelin Pilot is definitely better in this aspect. But it's not that disturbing for me cuz when driving I normally listen to rock music anyway, so I don't hear the tyre noise anymore. :)

Same here, my ride have noisy exhaust and radio always on, so tyre noise for me is the last priority...
