hi,

i've heard KIA Caren which shares the same chassis with Naza Citra converted using Madza B8 turbo engine. From my understanding, the current engine of Citra is Mazda engine based. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Just my two cent.

Citra is based on Carens engine which is based on Mazda's engine...but i think its the new carens...dunno bout the ol carens...

well, custom supercharger from powerzone cost about 9k all complete with installation... extra 3k is needed for the piggyback ECU thingy....

supercharge is better then turbo...and i think a lot better cost no lag and it have a low end torque power.... dunno lah bout the fuel consumption...but i think its worth it...

Think twice before u decide to SC. I had my Putra SC before and the FC was 3 times the normal FC. With current fuel prices u must be loaded to live with SC.

I reverted to NA after a year of SC.

Dear friends,

I want to know more about engine. For example, if the piston ring loose or (makan) already, will the compression of the 4 pistons in different reading? Just want to make sure cause some ppl said the reading wont be same and some ppl said the reading still the same. Very confussing. That day I sent my car to do a compression test at AMOIL. End up the reading for 4 pistons is the same. 12. Thats mean my piston, block, & piston ring is ok? Right? ;)
