The human mind is the most powerful tool. Sometimes we have to be prepared of what we would do if bla bla bla. And it's no harm to learn a few simple lessons of self defense. If you often imagine what you will do when u have a situation it actually helps you think better. And one more thing is that we must always remember that the other party is human too. Thus, we have to be optimistic when there's a chance to escape or to fight back. A healthy human mind would not want to harm people if possible. Same goes as robber or thief or rapist. If they want to harm us, they wont hold us at knife point. They'll just stab and rob. If dat's the case, then god bless us coz there's nth much we can actually do if we do not see it coming. But if they point a knife at you..chances are that you are able to escape or fight back coz they will get panic too when we scream/fight/run.

But of course...if they want $$ and if the $$ wont take ur life away...just give them la...our lives are more precious than those faggots. So if one day you ter-killed one, dont feel bad of yourself. Its just one less rotten object in this world.

Mace and whatever things you can think of are useless when the situation hits you.

You need to be programmed to do this and that when you come across the situation. So in reality you need to train to get out of trouble like this.

I've been in 2 situations already, one was a upfront robbery and the other was a smash window and grab.

Situation #1 : Robbery

This joker was a obvious newbie but he had the chopping knife and he just walked into my fathers shop declaring it was a robbery. I was in front and pretty much froze. My mind went blank and I couldn't think of anything at all at that time. All the pented up anger and frustration came only much later after that basturd left with that days earnings.

We had a hard bamboo pole, mace and all but ultimately when family is there you don't think of anything else other than getting that person out or you don't think of anything at all and go blank.

Situation #2 : Smash and grab

Tun Razak, 5pm traffic crawl. Dumbass mofo on a bike drove by and whacked my side glass. I was already in a very unstable frame of mind as I had a stare-down with another dumbass scooter who thought he'd kick my car and all. So the minute I saw the smashed window (I had security tint so it didn't shatter) I turned the car towards his direction and tried to run him over. I successfully did that but the minute I got down from the car, a whole bunch of other motorcyclists, one f*cking turd Waja driver all came down to support him and harass me. Mob mentality kicked in for these bunch of assholes who proceeded to smash my front windscreen and kick dents in my door. One bloke who was neutral asked me to just drive away and make a police report which is exactly what I did.

That sonnavabitch who tried to smash and grab was the martyr and literally everyone was supporting him. All those harassing me were of the same race too.

Lesson learnt? You can talk and say this and that, but nothing will ever happen the way you expect it to happen. Best thing is to learn to escape, resist the urge to have revenge or hurt the assholes and just walk away.

Kidnaps - Learn to resist and run away. What that marketeer did was very good, she made herself not worth the effort. Never give in.

Robbery - It's not worth fighting back. Just make sure you don't make yourself an easy target (look flashy) and don't keep everything in one place (IC + cards in one pocket, cash in wallet, everything else in another pocket) so if you do get robbed, it won't be too damaging.

Revenge can be achieved after a police report is made. Like in my case #2 I now have a report, which means I can extract names and addresses from JPJ with this report. There's plenty I can do with that like subscribe sh*tloads of porn to that address and person, order pizzas to that address and person, and other more serious things.

Sorry to hear about your experiences above but is good info for us.
For case 2, probably the situation got bad, is they did not know he tried to smash your window first. Most saw it as you mow him down. Then they jump to conclusion especially because of race issue. If this happen in kampung area, you better not stop even.....

Saving own ass is true, that is why earlier answer was if you know the person in trouble, will help, but if don't know can try to help only, like call police or something but not direct confrontation. There was a case in the papers when this guy help chase a snatch thief and got stab in return and died......:banghead:

The problem is the idiotic mob motorbikes forced me to stop with their idiotic motorbikes by stopped in front of me, kinda like egging me on to run THEM over (which I was highly tempted in doing).

The best thing is this basturds number plate is on the internet for the same offense, same road, same intent.

Why isn't the bloody police doing anything about this a$$hole? Two police reports of violence isn't enough for them to take action?

Police in Malaysia is good at

1. Extracting duit kopi from the Rakyat - needless to say
2. Beating the rakyat's ass - got Bersih?
3. Manipulating statistics and reports - crime stats down yo!
4. Shooting people - every shootout reported the criminals are all dead
5. And recently, using C4 explosives - duh
6. Doing the biddings of ministers

Other than that I don't know what they are good for.

2 police reports of violence does not take precedence over motorcade for a Minister ok? More important to have 4 riders and 1 cop car to open the road for a Minister. You count how many Ministers we have and do the maths. Where got enough police?

Of course, this does not include the Sultan and Agung, as they are the rightful rulers and they should have motorcades. I don't see why Ministers who were put in office to serve us needs police riders to open the road for them so they can rush for dinner.

Probably they need someone to get hurt first before they really do something....:banghead:
I remember one time when I had car accident and made report, the police taking the report mentioned no need to see accident place unless some one is injured....

Probably the bastard is finding opportunity to extort money? If any1 hits him..then he can ask for $$$ which is getting common nowadays

Probably you kill a robber in your house and you will be prosecuted..........:banghead::banghead:
Like the lady who chase, knock down and killed the snatch thief who snatch her hand bag case......
I really salute this lady!
When the going gets tough...
The tough gets going...
I think we should encourage more people to chase those snatch thieves, ram them down, place them under your car....etc
More of these news spreads, the daredevils will think twice before snatching again....
that is i think the only solution to the problem....
Instil the FEAR FACTOR!
So its not necessarily the victim is at the wrong place at the wrong time...
The snatch thieve too can be in the wrong place at the wrong time...
It works both ways....
As the saying goes....
The ball is round!:smokin:

But this is very rare case. Snatch thieves are planing and want to do the job, while the victim will be scared until in shock. But the time the victim get a hold of herself, they will be long gone.....not many can be so brave as this lady.....
