Probably you kill a robber in your house and you will be prosecuted..........
Like the lady who chase, knock down and killed the snatch thief who snatch her hand bag case......

I really salute this lady!
When the going gets tough...
The tough gets going...
I think we should encourage more people to chase those snatch thieves, ram them down, place them under your car....etc
More of these news spreads, the daredevils will think twice before snatching again....
that is i think the only solution to the problem....
Instil the FEAR FACTOR!
So its not necessarily the victim is at the wrong place at the wrong time...
The snatch thieve too can be in the wrong place at the wrong time...
It works both ways....
As the saying goes....

But this is very rare case. Snatch thieves are planing and want to do the job, while the victim will be scared until in shock. But the time the victim get a hold of herself, they will be long gone.....not many can be so brave as this lady.....
