Thanks guys... actually a week or two schedule is normal for any cars. Depending how a garage wants to execute its project. Though, we choose to run one or two cars only at a time. Only then we accept our next customers.

Feel free to ask and I'll be answering your Q's as far as I can. :nurse:

We charge Rm 325 per day for bodywork. Paint stripping on the other hand is charged differently. Depending on the car, stripping, dismantling, removing etc etc ranges from RM 600- RM1000.

Kebiasaannya masalah pintu adalah karat pada bahagian bawahnya. Jika pintu itu mempunyai aliran keluar air yang baik, maka pintu itu kurang mempunyai masalah pengaratan di kawasan tersebut. Dan jika juga pintu itu ada seal yang baik, maka ia juga mempunyai ketahanan yang baik. Seal yang baik maknanya bukan air takleh masuk, tapi lebih kepada menghalang daun daun, rumpaut rampai, kayu kayan masuk ke dalam dan menghapang pengaliran air keluar dari pintu. Bila ada hampas hampas macam ni, maka aliran terhalang dan air akan terkumpul. Hampas juga memerap air dan mempercepatkan pengaratan. Oxidation takes place lah kalau orang Kedah cakap. Pintu Capri yang PH sedang restore ni ada sedikit keanihan. Pintu kiri kurang karat tapi pintu kanan maaak ia...

mmmm may be in the future. normally we get our parts online from ebay or from local /international forums. so if you need something for your oldskool car, forum is the best way to ask. as if they can't, the will guide you where to find.

C&P from my other write up.

Bina otot atau add muscle pada kereta old skool memang dah biasa kita lihat kat mana mana. Ada yang pakai fibre, ada yang cut and paste dari bahagian lain, ada yang buat sendiri, ada yang macam macam lagi. Oleh kerana PlayHouse ni main besi tiap tiap hari, kat sini aku tunjukkan proses buat otot pakai plate besi kat customer terkini.

Encik Udin ni nak tambah arch kat KE70 dia dan dia terus je bawak masuk kereta dia hari tu. Setelah bersetuju dgn offer pihak PlayHouse dan dia ON projek ni. Aku cuma buat write up untuk proses arch saja lah ya. Beberapa pesoalan perlu owner jawab dahulu sebelum decide nak buat arch.

- tahu rim yang lagu mana nak pakai i.e tahu dimension, offset dll
- mau design yang camana. sertakan gambar lebih afdhal. senang dirang nak refer dan tak buat yang cam lain
- kena decide la mau jenis flare atau arch la... dua dua ada lebih dan kurangnya..
- buat la sedikit market research harga harga buat otot ni...

Jadi bila dah hantar kat PH je, maknanya kita akan potong tanpa belas kasihan. Kalau tak sayang kereta hantar la sini. Setelah di sukat, ukur dan test kat tayar, kita kasi potong itu fender.





Bahagian yang dipotong akan jadi template kepada arch yang baru. So kita roughly ukur dan bikin kembali mengikut berapa lebar mau keluar.






Harus diingat, kerja kerja handmade ni bukan semuanya acurate in the sense that kiri kanan mirror image itu macam. So sesapa yang particular bab bab ni, adalah lebih baik beli je dari kedai. Kita boleh tolong pasangkan. So kerja kerja ketuk boleh dimulakan setelah ukuran dah ok.

I'm having dreams of my car being fixed here, yet I still haven't got time to come to your shop for a quote. Still have a lot of work load. Anyway compared to a lot of other resto write ups, yours seem to be more detailed. And you seem to share your trade rather than many who hide them. Kudos to you guys!:wavey:
