any recommendations on software firewalls for my pc? to avoid kena viruses like the blaster and love thing again.. help anyone?

using Sygate now.. quite ok :)

if not, invest in a WatchGuard 700 Series

U might wanna try Zone Alarm or Norton INternet Security.

Sygate & Zonealarm is fast, and auto configuring is easier than NIS.

Norton is slow, takes up too much resource by monitoring too much thing. Takes time to configure just to make it faster.

I like Norton AV though.

Else just get a PCcilin 2002 above with built in firewall capabilities. Very basic and the most easiest to configure.

Today, I bring you a car that has its acronym associated with so many names that it is impossible to list out all of it so I will list out what I have in my memory now:
