need all Nissan 180SX and 200SX sifu help

dear all, i am planning to buy a Nissan 180 SX or 200 SX. i have few questions here.1) how much is the market price? 2)how is the car maintainance if i maintain standard engine with some bodykit and rim?is it very high?(i am doing sales)i have heard from my fren said that maintainence is very high and it is not reliable at all. 3) in term of comfort what is the rate?1 is awesome and 9 is worse than proton.(as the car is so old) 4)is it easy to get part?5)is the part expensive?thank you in advance to all sifu
