i suggest u better cancel the oversize 1mm valve... its very dangerous unless u dont mind to build another engine in a short time.... :biggrin:
valve to valve clearance is very very close...

Yeah i agree with hattech-v. I still don't understand why you need the 1mm oversized valve with your setup. You'll benefit more sending out the head for port and polish job (reputable ones ler) and stick with OEM type R valves.

dear steady mat rock...

20b = 89mm stroke
18c = 87mm stroke

reduce cc...

u can calculate ur displacement by :
(bore divide 2)(bore divide 2) X 3.142 x stroke X 4

hope this helps....
con rod stick the same..coz block height is the same..

There's an updated hot hatch in town. The latest Clio RS 200 Cup. A 1204kg, 203bhp / 7100rpm pocket rocket that does the zerotohundred in 6.9 seconds, and like all addictive hot hatches out there, it is that high-revving, high-strung 4-cylinder coupled with a rigid body and well balanced chassis that pretty much dictates how hot that hatch really is.
