ya david,im living at kl de la,i heard my fren said tat not ned the doctor letter,juz go jpj there then 'pay the amount the jpj ned' then he wil giv u an approval,did u hear tat b4 or from ur fren?mayb tis is something like wat u mention oni can make for VVIP or dato gua.where u live?u dun worry de meh??now not oni ned 'kopi' oh,now all the police(no wander road police or jpj)if they block u,then 1st u wil get a RM 500 'saman',then on the same time they wil tear ur tinted,wo.............all cars who got tinted 1 hav 2 be careful la............
