thinking of sending ecu for rechipping.
but, since my car is a daily driven car, can i still use it without the ecu?
pls advise.

HELL!!!
best is to send the car together with the ecu to rechip so the rechipping can be done to compensate the exact mods you currently have so the afr will be much better and not too rich
if you just send in the ecu for rechipping without the car the afr will likely be too rich because whoever is rechipping it will play safe

thanx all. for a stock ride, u think no need for rechipping? i read somewhere that rechipping auto to manual is good.
for stock ride the standard ecu should be good even with minimal mods(exhaust, air filter) i wouldnt rechip unless u have the budget because u might be disspointed with the results for the price u pay
rechip not cheap
