wat u mean by rsm?? where do they normally sell it? and mine dont have power steering.. means that nothing will be wrong if i cut the green wire??

u should find rsm in the trading forum under engine group.or just google it (apexi rsm) for more information.

to remove speed cut, just cut the wire at ecu.. more economical..
