this survey applies only to Toyota owners who bought their cars locally right as recond/imported Toyota cars can't send to Toyota 3S for services/repairs. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Opps sorry i forgot to mention !! This survey is conducted in Malaysian made toyota , well if u did send ur imported toyota to malaysia 3S branches before also can fill it in your thoughts !!
