nvm la SF...most of these sites use mirrors linked to more popular video sharing sites...tube+ also has links sometimes to youtube...so i dont think they dare to block sites like youtube la.

pwhyze...i not sure about the others but tube is streaming. uses youtube n its clones to store the show till it gets deleted then they re-upload again.
