Dear All,

I just transplant JDM engine into my car. I found that my engine radiator fan only turn on around 95c (external water temp meter). The default ECU setting are basically made for Japan weather which i think its not mean for Malaysia.

When search for radiator fan controller, i found some selling online but looking for an experience foreman that sell and install the said controller for my car. Hope members here can help.

Sorry to dampen your spirit, bro.

One Sunway sales rep said to me that PIVOT Fan controller is no longer in production (quite some time already actually). If the unit kong, or to claim warranty, replacement stock would not be possible.

Perhaps PIVOT could last long enuf.....if quality is good

No prob bro, sharing is caring after all.

You can try installing Pivot f/c first, if it solves yr prob then u dun hv to waste money ade.

If it doesnt then only proceed with lower temp thermostat and alum radiator.

Yeah, share the before and after pivot f/c result with us.

Your suggestion is valid but i knew that my radiator is under perform. Where water temp wun drop when i on aircond during traffic jam under the hot afternoon sun. Both Fan and radiator need to change as the engine is now producing 3x more heat than the original kelisa engine :D. So will only consider to change low temp thermostat if condition wun improve.
