speaking about more noise ha, it came from exhaust sound or what ?:hmmmm2: btw thanx for the useful info
dont go to that shop anymore, thanks for the useful tipsMuch better if you Thermal wraped the new header. Personally check if header plate holes was properly aligned with your cylinder exhaust port. You will experience engine vibration and low performance if header plate holes were misaligned .
Below pictures of holes portions needed to be grind off. Our famous muffler work shop here in Quezon City have a very poor job. I have to repair the header myself. I have to grind off excess portion until it match the exhaust metal gasket.

most car with cat con delete have increase exhaust drone so for me exhaust drone can be consider as noiseI think sound or noise should still be the same even without the Catalytic converter. Center and rear muffler will take care of the sound. Just recently enjoyed the fc and performance improvement after I repair my header. It took me 3 years to find out the defective job.
workmanship, piping route (including 'degree of bending), type of material used for the piping...Why does the same exhaust sound differently/louder or 2 different cars? What are the other things that affect it besides being different cars? Piping size? Type of engine? With/without silencer/cat con/resonator?
