Hi guys,

I'm looking for a standalone ECU for a subaru STI version 9 (2006).

Used or brand new.

Please let me know whats available.

Range is mid-level standalone ecu.

Also, if anyone has an emanage ultimate for Sti, very interested.

Please inbox or mail me at [email protected]

might be better u flash the ecu using opensource method (opensource.com/romraider.com)

or ecutek which exactly same as the opensource method but being simplified and branded name

Hi ^pomen_GTR^,

Thanks.

Any downsides of using ECutek to map?

Will the ECU be locked if ECUTEK is used?

Regards

i think the downside only if the tuner put password and lock the map, then only the tuner can do adjustment...other than that i didnt see any problem...plus, u retain much of the stock wiring and sensors in the car

Hi, my Hyundai Matrix 2003 tends to have slight jerks during idling, etc : at the traffic lights. However when the car is on the move, the jerking won't be there, it only jekrs during idling, any ideas on what is wrong ? (The 'jerking' feels like when u drive a manual car and release the clutch too much and the engine feels like it is going to die)
Korean cars are sooo hard to maintain
