Hi all sifus out there,i'm using 4g93 rojak one...stage 1 pnp+288 in/ex matspeed cam,4-1 header,2" straght pipe, full ballancing+std 93p piston+acl+lay abit my crank+alloy crank pulley+3 puck exedy+4g15 g.box...just install it a month a go...whithout install any mngmnt or rechipped ecu(my ecu code is 6553 4g91 (a)if not mistaken)...
now my prob is got knocking...
my questions is,
1)what size of t.body should i go?
2)which AFC is better?evo or any suggestion?
3)which 1 better either emanage or rechipped ecu?
4)is my exzos setup in correct size?
please all sifus out there,help me...:adore:

actually,i think my q no2) is wrong...
AFC,i'm asking bout air flow censor unit... now i'm using 449,HKS mushroom,std plug cable,NGK iridium plug,ecu 5663,injector now 240cc+fuel regulator...
around 3k pluss rpm in 5th gear sound "crit,crit,crit " coming...
plug colour last time,lite brown one...:hmmmm:

same prob as my friend doing the same modification..
try using my 275 injector then problem solve..
but maybe something else..
just sharing..

seen it in marketplace..
half cut maybe selling set of 6..
good luck in searching..

walbro fuel pump will help, not using metal gasket???.... honda intake skunk tb, safc, better fuel railing,rechip will do, if got extra cash do like wat danz said! then vtec piston! sufe car will take of for a 4g93 na

now i'm using honda fuel pump,not sure witch model.... now using 0.5mm thickness,
if i'm use like work fuel rail+walbro,it's can help to resolve my prob?:stupid:
honda intake n bigger tb got in my mind,but no budget lor...

how bout now if i'm only replace my injector to 275cc,65mm tb with std intake, then install emanage?

if u plan to install piggy back then install it 1st better..
when tuning the piggy back u can pin point which part u need or can upgrade base on d tuning data..
then other upgrade just retune the piggyback to suit ur driving..

Go for Super 90 - 70mm T.Body, if can get together with Skunk2 Intake, then should be more advantage. (need to add some plate to put the Skunk2 Intake at 4g93 head)

ACF Neo (for tuning) The air flow sensor ok 449.

3)which 1 better either emanage or rechipped ecu?
Re-chipped Ecu, more advantages (cheap and easy to tune)

4)is my exzos setup in correct size?
Maybe can try change to 2.5" straight pipe

p/s: Dont forget to install adjustable fuel regulator also.
Use high quality spark plugs (NGK-R)
Upgrade injector to 275cc.
Change cable plug to power cable plug.

Hope others can add more supportive information. Tq.

alot of place can go bro for rechip that racedude, my forman also does it! try going to marketplace and look! there lots of brand and type all i would say almost the same la!

Mivec stock or korek 63mm

4G91 wiring can't use EVO airflow unless you using 4G93 wiring(GTI/Putra wiring also can use)

Emanage always the best

2'' is more than enough if its straight pipe

240cc injector is more than enough,

yes you can use 449 airflow but not 609 airflow (EVO1-3) even u change ecu, cuz the wiring pin out different

There was this ticking sound which developed after the water pump and timing gear seal / bearing was changed a few days ago. The mechanic couldn't find the source and I was in a hurry so I didn't mind when he told me to come back in a few days time if the sound didn't go away.

Any idea what's causing it?
