How reliable is that 400hp in climates like ours remain to be seen, as the CTR does get mildly affected from the heat. Although the previous 45 series remained consistently strong throughout and almost bulletproof against these conditions

Read on the web that the DSG also got some issues like making crunchy sound when engaging reverse especially for non facelift versions (2013-2015). Not sure if that happens here in Malaysia, do you know?

Overall experience with the previous 45 DCT was good actually, strong and consistent. As for the reverse gear, I've felt a mild klunk when engaging R but that's about it

Actually wanted either A45 or Golf R (I like both) but boot space is kinda inadequate for my needs (CLA shooting brake fulfils my need for boot space). Any idea if they gonna bring in CLA 35 AMG shooting brake?

No idea if they'd bringing the new one but the previous CLA45 shooting brake was a looker, MBM brought in like 5 Units in a mix of CLA250 and CLA45.
