1.8cc (m) wira valve lifter noise

Hi all..

kindly advise me? i m driving 1.8cc wira manual made of year 1996.

i had this terrible noise makes from my engine head ,my foreman said its was my valve lifter noise.

so i dicided to overhaul my engine oneshot; below is what i been suggested to do?

1) engine head n block to be polish
2) new set of piston (81.5mm) n valve lifter (16pcs)
3) metal gasket 0.5mm
4) oil catch tank (2unit)
5) new clucth with bigger flywheel (evo??)
6) oil seal n valve seal
7) piston ring
8) other related parts

Bro of All.. please advise me whether i m doing the right thing here for changing everything as above.
i m spending quite alot here n wondering wat i m gettting later..

1. Port N Polish Stage 1 is enough.
2. New 82mm hi comp piston only cost u rm 400.better go for 82mm.rebore rm 100.i got halfcut lifter for rm 35 per piece.brand new if im not wrong around rm 60-80.
3. Metal gasket 0.8mm if possible if u going for hi comp piston.
4. 1 unit is enough.
5. 1.8 8.5 inch flywheel is enough.
6. Change all seal
7. Piston ring come with the new piston IINM

My bro just fully overhaul his 4G93.

ACL Aluglide Main Bearing,Conrod Bearing and thrust washer rm 4++
82mm hi comp piston rm 400
pump piston rm 40
0.8 mm metal gasket rm 220
port n polish stage rm 450
Overhaul set gasket rm180
grind valve rm 144
skim head rm 45
workmanship rm 700

and u got almost new engine.

his engine now on the way pasang...old engine is carbie 4g15...using putra head with gti 00 wiring...

u mean me or my bro?..im driving 4g63 stock...my bro drive 4g93...

this is my other friend 4g93 with the same mod except for 81mm hi comp piston,jun flywheel and 4g15 gearbox...

full spec...
head port n polish,4g93t cam,metal gasket,81mm hi comp piston,60mm throttle body,4-2-1,Jun racing flywheel,normal clutch,4g15 gearbox,2 inch piping,kakimotor gtbox muffler,wiring 4g93 japan...

the pickup of the car from 1 to 3rd gear is nice...but once masuk 4th gear the car reaching top speed was slow because of the light weight flywheel...3.8kg oni mah...this mod u can do under 3k at my place...

sorry.. being busy lately..
I got good news ,i went to my workshop last nite, finally i getting back my car this wednesday..

I really got a new engine rite now but i need to drive below 100kmh for awhile..
