Malaysian Billionaires are so few and we know who they are, and Robert Kuok is probably the one can afford it. But those who knew the guy, its very unlikely he will splash on this. Very unlikely. Don't think any of Malaysian billionaire would as most are the "prudent" type.

Of course it's fake. The owner got fed up with the hoo ha about him splurging his fortune on a yacht and decide to ask the company that produce the yacht to dismiss the claim. Why then would the company who 'supposedly' built it say they are not going legal against the person who spread the news? Do you think that almost half of the world report it, it could be fake? When there is smoke there is definitely fire. If we have the means to buy such a useless 'art' would we want the whole world to know. Pirates would be coming after your yacht if they knew it's made of gold. It's for him to show off to his friends and business partners most likely. And ya maybe to his dozen or so harems.
