the pads are same. his car using 5 lugs. calipers sama saja..
VR4/Pajero/V6 using same pads?
In that case its the same as the Mitsubishi Delica van oso.
Will be a weird list 'VR4/Pajero/V6/Delica'

Instead of going to the part shop and mentioning we want VR4 pad, we can try to say Delica pad...most probably can get cheaper.

I have one question about my gearbox. It’s worth noting that my gearbox is 4-speed automatic from 4g93t. Next to my handbrake lever, i have a button which signifies power, eco, and hold. Power allows higher rev before gear shifts, and eco does the opposite. But what does the “Hold” button do?

Should be hold it in the gear, not allowing it to change until you disengage the button

like what @vr2turbo said. it holds the gear and not allow the gearbox to shift up. good for steep hills. mine i use back my FWD gearbox buttons. only have PWR and ECO. what i can tell is on PWR, the gearbox is a lot more sensitive on the throttle response. on ECO, mine doesnt let me downshift, and it upshift at 2.2k rpm. ahahaha

I thought both position can up and down shift, only pwr changes at higher rpm......??

for mazda 2 i own previously, hold button means drop 1 gear down.
lest say D mode, it will use max 3rd gear and wont use the 4th
D3 will use max 2nd gearing.

Alright. Will play around the Power, Eco, and Hold button once car is ready to run. So, Eco modes allows the gear to shift at 2k+-, where as Power Mode allows higher rev prior to gear shift automatically. But Power Mode makes the gearbox more sensitive? Hmmmmm. I believe the throttle control is by wire, unlikely Power Mode would affect throttle response, isn’t it?

Another question, my car roof seems to be a little sore to the eyes, both exterior and interior. My foreman managed to get a steal of this sunroof for me, and charge me only for workmanship. Estimated cost is rm800 in total for the roof and workmanship. I’m tempted to go for it. Any words of wisdom to share? :driver:

Changing gears at high revs gives you more power, utilizing the engines power. Does not change the throttle response.....

As for sun roof, it is personal. Some will like, some don't, and especially will you be using it?
The cons are whether it will leak, then again the welding points will it rust and/or weak the roof structure...

ECU override TCU......fight for control......lol
i shift it like a manual. ahahaha.

u know how these autobox works right? yes, the throttle is control by wire but u know what is there bolted to your butterfly at the throttle body? the TPS sensor. ECU reads your throttle opening via the TPS and also the MAF sensor. the TCU reads signals from the ECU and then controls the voltage and pulse sent to the solenoid in the valve body there. so yes, in PWR mode, your gearbox will be more sensitive on your throttle response. :driver:

A few things to consider. Leaking roof, poor welding job, creaky noisy joints due to bad weld, and if it does leak - your interior will get really badly affected.

Yeah, i was saying that imo the gearbox mode wont affect the throttle response since it’s controlled by wire and that the gearbox mode merely tweaks the gearbox shifting behavior to requiring higher revs prior to gear shift.

Though, sanekit has a good point there about the TPS+MAF sensors and TCU/ECU ability to read our throttle input and affecting our throttle response sensitivity.

very simple only..seal your woofer box completely....
make sure there is no air coming out from the box when your woofer kicks hard....

there are 2 way you seal a woofer box
1)use silicon sealant or glue gun to seal ever corners of your box

2)use double sided tape and stick it on the back subwoofer speaker round frame(refer to the picture), stick into a compklete round shape..and then screw it back tighly into your box...this way you can minimize/seal the small gap in between you box and...
