I found that Honda Malaysia, such a big company does not have any general email address for customer to send feedback or inquiry!

does any one from here know their general email address or some one email address so that I can send in some feedback?

why don't just call them directly for faster process?
you can call 1-800-88-2020 for inquiry (9am - 5 pm on non public holiday weekdays)

I do call up their toll free number, as they quote "do contact us and we’ll be more than willing to listen." seem like does not make any sense.

They told me regarding the service problem that I have, must talk direct to the local service center, and does not sound like friendly. :(
