this website doesn't state 4G93T DOHC CD5A with cometic head gasket oso. Just got SOHC with "MLS" head gasket... i suppose MLS means multi layer steel type...

I can't find a genuine Cometic head gasket for 4G93t.... where can get ah? if possible 1.8mm

yeah i also cannot find wor in the website , or in GOOGLE , as all the answer i found says COMETIC doesn't produce Head Gasket for 4g93T unless custom made ... where you find aer bro ?

guess you are more updated than Cometic's website ... I will remember your name Chrissyong right ??... please enlighten me where to find ... but i shall state 1st , i won't be buying 1000pcs or eating any , if there's one ...

Btw, anyone pls help me /? ,, haha 1.5mm gasket can boost how many bar max? .. haha

Thanks for your supports in the past.. well, i don't wanted to create another long thread here.. But from the whole big gathering.. until now it becomes petitioning... and finally... I can say... I am lucky to be alive... and i am so close to... entering bars...

Well, anyway... thou i have lost myself in the past few days.. with these dissapointments and also shocks.. I should be able to find back myself soon... and i really learned something very very important regarding petitions here...

1-1.2 bar no problem actually with proper fuel management bro...
2mm metal gasket my friends car can hit 1.5 bro

how difficult to mod b8 conrod to fit 4g93 crank? With B8 rod and piston, will it able to withstand 250whp? How about CA18 rod?

why is gze piston better thn b8? i choose b8 due to its 83mm and i dont need to mod the piston to fit rod. If i get CA18 rod, i will still need to mod the rod to fit B8 piston. right?

to all the kind and generous zerotohundred forumers, i have an Evo 3 airflow and a GSR ecu for sale. both item sell at RM1000. item can be sell in seperate but will buy much expensive, airflow is RM 600 and ECU is RM 800. post can be arrange and will be charge the buyer for post fees. reason for sale, already upgreade to microtech. can pm me or just sms me at 0168481813 (DANNY). Hey help me pls..if i am using Td05 but without changing the injector and there is fuel regulator. will it perform well?

badturz, if u're using stock gsr injector and changing to bigger turbine, u stil can run your machine, but at the case that u will not maximize the power of the turbo due to insufficient fuel supply, maximize as the meant of fully utilize the power...example like td05, usually ppl wil boost on 1.2bar with own preference in malaysia..higher octane fuel can boost further, in AUS, ppl using td05 for 2.0bar (pls refer to AUS forum discussion)..if u force, and u might as well know the consequences of it...

i heard from my fren that, is better to just use 80% of your total injector compatibility to support your fuel supply...is like, u bought a 500cc injector, 500cc of 80% = 400cc...so if td05 required lower than 400cc injector, u can as well use the 500cc injector, otherwise u have to get higher cc inector..

fuel pump need upgrade for safety,of course u can keep your original fuel pump and add 510cc evo123 injector for your engine,only is fuel pressure not so stable only,please change your fuel pump for safety~

due to the budget tight. really tight edi.. haha.. so it can boost at 1.2 bar right? without problem? ..

coz some hidden cost occurs such as installation fees .. i didn expect what will be the price and lack of one set injector only. haahaa..

don over 1.2 bar with td05,if your 4g93t internal is stock,if want hi boost like 1.5bar or 2bar better have arp head stud~or evo head stud,good luck

advise needed..

Hi all,

I have the following setup:

4g93T+Mivec top with HKS GT2835 Pro-S turbo. AR.48 on the hotside.

currently running internally gated, with 2.5" Downpipe.

Stock intake manifold and throttlebody, Evo9 intercooler,
Forged internals + ARP studs.

Currently running 4x560cc injectors from evo9, I have another set of 800cc injectors by sard ready to push this baby up.

Most of my friends and workshop are suggesting me to run it with external wastegate for efficiency and stable boost but I'll have to re-do a brand new manifold, and it also defeats the purpose of getting the Pro S version of the HKS2835 as they have another externally gated 2835.

The next thing im going to do would likely be:

1. Alu intake manifold + TB
2. Replace injectors and retune
2.5. downsize current injectors and add 4 more injectors and retune

the Last tune achieved about only 300whp @ 1bar, ran into 3 problems,
unable to hold boost
fuel press drop after 7k
TPS sensor fluctuating.

Right all this 3 problems has been resolved,

What should I do next? This is a daily driven car and im only getting about 6.4-7km/L with light footted driving on my Microtech LT10s. If possible I would want both power and alittle bit more fuel economy, maybe about >7.5km/L I'll be very happy

Would downsizing the injectors and add additional injectors improve on fuel economy for daily driver?

I would hope to bring this up to 1.5-2bar efficiently, can I get some advice from Sifus here?

adding additional injectors before the throttle is a thing of the pass... fuel and air are not mix as good as those that runs with the intake manifold direct to your combustion chamber.
when u already have LT10s you can control the 800cc injectors pretty well. it all depends what your engine fuelling requirements for your target boost. if the current 590cc is not enough to support 2 bar boost.. den you are required to use the 800cc. we have a mivec hybrid using gt35 turbo with 700cc injectors, the injectors maxed out on 1.2bars of boost. so to keep the engine from blowing apart.. we had to limit the boost to only 1bar.

300whp is good enough already for a street car bro... somemore not enough ka? what power target you want?

im going to install e-timer, which require to tap the speed sensor. it said, we need to set the car pulse. so, anybody know wats is the number? 4, 8?? or wat?
