What MOD needed for GT45r on evo3???

Guys I need to know what are the mods i need to do in order to use on GT45r as cheapest as can of coz,currently my engine is stock however with 4G67 block and crank the same also and already have 1.5mm metal...

Exhaust Temp vs. Air/Fuel ratio meter

Air/Fuel ratio meter is pretty straightforward as my knowledge goes it shows how rich/lean your air/fuel ratio is.

How about Exhaust Temp? Also, why does exhaust temp meter normally costs 2x the price of air/fuel...
