Turbo timer can be used for Turbo car or normal car.
Usually, u can see those car, when the ppl leave the car, the engine still running, after 30 secs or more, time can be set, the engine will automatically stop running.

1) Turbo timer is designed to keep the engine at idle when the ignition is off. This enables the oil to circulate through the turbo, cooling it before the motor is shut off. This process will prevent bearing seize and turbo seal burning.

2) A turbo timer is a device designed to keep an automotive engine running for a pre-specified period of time in order to automatically execute the cool-down period required to prevent premature turbo wear and failure. After a period of driving when a turbocharger has been working hard, it is important to let the engine run at idle speed for a period of time, allowing the compressor assembly to run down in speed and cool from the lower gas temperatures in both the exhaust and intake tracts. At the same time the lubricating oil from the engine is able to circulate properly so the turbine won't burn the lubricating oil that would otherwise be trapped within the charger with the turbine rotating at high speed.

of course there is some use on N/A car
1) you can let the engine cool down (no need to set timer too long coz N/A)
2) Voltage meter function

hi xinghonh,

Voltage meter function, is to monitor your car battery voltage
optimum car battery voltage is 14.0,
usually if your car battery voltage is in good condition, it will show around
13.0V to 14.0V and changes when you on/off air-cond/ headlight.

so, this will help you to monitor the voltage, whether it is stable/healthy voltage current you are getting from the battery.
