hey congratulations!!! how did the wedding go? any pics? Mokey was decorated i believe, send some pics of that as well if you have any.

sweet. 1400's are a whole lot more responsive and torquier compared to 1380. I dare say that i have had engine sizes of 1275, 1330, 1360, 1380 and 1399 on my clubby to date and its quite a big difference going to 1399 from 1380. Not sure why though.

wedding prep? got married already! last Friday in fact. used mokey as the wedding car. thank god it didn't rain!

do you know if anyone in malaysia who has a citroen 2CV? or an enfield motorbike? thinking of starting another project.

and do you know where i can get info on overland drive from here to beijing? in particular, i need to find out if malaysian registered cars are allowed into laos, vietnam and china. i heard about this carnet thing but can't seem to get more information on that.

it'd be mokey-trip!

MiniCoopers Family Drive to Tg.Bidara-Tg.Kling

Mini owners/enthusiast,

we are organising a Sat.-Sun. 12th.May - 13th.May, drive to Tg. Bidara/Tg.Kling, one night stay at one of the beach resort, affordable to all.
This drive will cover 3 states, along beautiful scenic country roads along Putrajaya-Sepang-Lukut-Pasir Panjang-Tg.Bidara/Tg.Kling.

Meeting point at Petronas stn. just before Puchong/Putrajaya toll on Saturday, 12th.May @ 7.30am sharp.
This is a family leisure drive for all participants.

i hv a mini engine for sale: 1.3, no carb, electronic dizzy. not A or A+. older version. it comes with front subframe, suspension and drum brakes. the engine is in good running condition, the subframe okay only. the suspension and drum brakes - best to ditch. no engine no or registration docs.

let me know if you are interested. price very negotiable. missus making noise about excessive engine parts in the spare room. i'm in mantin, near nilai.

fastclubman: it was a modded kelissa with a 1.3 YRV engine in it... i was getting massive semputting... ahhaha to make matters worse my friends were there to witness everything...

so there's no way to actually finetune the engine so that it performs how we want it to?

lol i'd go z-cars but i can't afford it and i don't think JPJ would like it if i did :P
