[/b][/quote] yeah well.. those are cardio exercises.. if you do exercises that involve muscle building or toning, like rock climbing or hiking/trekking... mabbe you'll get a nice tone build instead of being skinny. :) Take up rock climbing (Summit indoor rock climbing gym!)

Oh.. orang sabah issit? Kinabalu ka? Hmm.. that one no fun la.. except stamina building and really nice scenary. Btw, won't be muscular until like he-man la.. cuz she not going gym to do weight training oso. But will probably develop a tone body with very little fat.. damn I envy people who cannot get fat. <_< Go Kinabalu every week for a climb for 3 months and I guarantee you will outlast anyone in terms of stamina in bed or anywhere else for that matter. :D
