Reason to let go: Owner found a good evo 3 halfcut

- Engine is Evo 2, the engine is running and being taken good care, parts all included as where u can find on FULL halfcut...
- ECU, wiring
- Manual Gearbox
- Front & Rear disk brake
- Fuel tank
- Front and rear absorber
- Free 1 Exhaust (The back part only (Is it called Muffler?) quite branded one, not cap ayam or itik)
- Warranty to be discussed with the owner

Price is RM8000 Cash only, plug n play, can do transplant in the owner's dad's workshop (Puchong, Selangor), maybe can get discount from him (i'll check with him bout this)

PS: I'm not making any money from this sale, helping fren to let go his engine only

The engine include installation and JPJ approval?
If not, it's a bit expensive cause I can get Evo2 engine at RM4500...
If it's included installation and JPJ, very cheap lor... Good buy!

Sure or not RM4500?? condition how? is it full half cut and plug n play? or just the engine kosong?? as i know Evo 2 not that cheap ler... if really RM4500 i think mivec n GSR no ppl buy edi loh....

The engine my fren offering is plug n play, means no need to maintain, every parts is in good condition, mostly been replaced with new one, timing belt changed edi, just do transplant can run edi one...

yeah forgot to mention, dashboard also included.

Yes!!...EVO 1 here at Utara also around 5~5.5K haftcut with good condition and installation charge at my friend workshop very2 cheapers only 1K .What i knew other work shop take 1.3~1.5K... huh

Your friend bought it for a long time already is it?
Or, he wanna cover his own transplant also, belts and seals and bearings etc...
Maybe la, cause change cost another RM700++...

u can go n check in the buy sell forum for the complete evo2 halfcut,with bodyparts...rm7500 but ppl still think it's still expensive...nowdays,evo,vr4 or any others 2.0 litre price droping since cant register...the likes of mivec,GSR or 4G61T shoot up like hell pulak...crazy! :D

Oic, My fren's car is actually bough from another fren also, is a darn rich fella, both of them my college mates, that fren went to UK for Degree last year so sold his car to current owner, have been taken good care, engine mostly replaced with new parts, can produce 300++ WHP, that's why a bit expensive, usually those half cut u buy now also need to change this change that, let say normal evo 2 half cut 6k, cheap but without fuel tank, rear disk brake, ok u need to buy a new fuel tank, rear disk brake, timing belt, oil filters, engine oil, maybe new rear absorber, total up also around that price or even more expensive edi lah, those hidden cost are unknown...

I'm just saying as what the owner told me, actually i wanted this engine but my budget set to 4G91 only, dun have enough cash :(

Oh...

It's true that you have to replace the oilseals, bearings, belts but that'll cost only RM700++...
And, what I meant is complete Evo1 engine with Engine, Wirings, Front n rear disc brakes, 4 Absorbers, Fueltank coz u need fuel pump...
For Satria owners, just need the fuel pump, Plug n Play...
For Wira owners, can use the 4WD fuel tank as you can do piping from the center gap...

If your friend can kaotim for me JPJ and transplant, I'm willing to pay RM7K...
It's a good buy for a well maintained engine like yours, all done, no worries...
And also got some mods right cause stock Evo2 only produce 260ps, yours is 300 Wheel Horsepower... A lot more lor... :)

If it's a modded one, it's a very very good buy...

Nowadays RM5.5k for halfcut, JPJ RM1.2K for naik 2.0L, Transplant RM1.3K, Change parts RM7oo... Total = RM8.7K++

OK OK!! jangan gaduh!! I have evo II halfcut selling at rm7500 inclusive of tank,rear disc,dashboard and no bodypart.Nak PM me. If conversion from 1.8 to 2.0 bayar rm300 only what.Installation rm1300. As for RVR,its a detuned engine and as old as EVO 1,And be reminded that its top mounted small intercooler,Means if you wanna have install in your car,kena beli intercooler and piping sekali.RVR is like AIRTREK usin EVO VII engine,but it doesnt go as fast as EVO VII,not even close!!

Brotheri guess u're too optimistic, things aren't calculate like this ler... first, a good halfcut evo 2 in good condition not 5.5k lar... somemore if u wanna get FULL halfcut (including rear disk break + fuel tank + absorber + etc) is above 6k, then my fren's engine did a lot maintainance edi, including internal parts, he guarantee those parts and maintenance he did to the engine not less than 2k, then he gives a lot of extra things like mufler quite branded one, special gearbox for drag race, and more... u count loh...

PS: Evo 2 and Evo 1 got price different around 500 - 1000

The price in KL and JB have a lot of difference...
In JB, RM5K for evo1, RM5.5K for evo2 and rm7K for evo3, chop shop people say evo3 horsepower got more, so more expensive...

About the RM4.5k, is an RVR auto, add 500 for evo gearbox...

Anyway, sorry lah... I dunno the price got difference between KL n JB...
