WTA : i have changed my bodypart but now have problems

I am converting my SE front body to Trueno front body..

after doing all the fenders fittings and bumper fittings...we come to realise that my bonnet is longer by one inch.

as in..it has extra one inch to teh front and i dont know why,...

anyone has converted their front to levin or trueno..please help me
