Workshop Recommendation: Certificate & Experience which you choose?

Many of us having problem to repair our car from one workshop to another workshop. Many workshop now is hire those who have certificate but not enough experience.

However, I still choose a workshop have good experience, I don't care how many certificate they have.

Air Cond Workshop
Anyone who stay near Jalan Ipoh.
Good poor engineer, you may not interested to repair a car here once you come here. This guy is buddism he will not cut your neck, price is reasonable. Last time I repair my compressor, he recommend why my compressor cannot last longer. After I change the one he recommend, now 3 year plus nothing happen to my air cond anymore. Now I stay at IPOH, PERAK. If I have air-cond problem sure I will go back there.

Well, experience and recommendation is best but with certification even better. My mechanic have certificate then work with a few major car company then venture out on his own. Now after so many years he has all three.
