Weight a fracture of the equivalent steel and 8 times stronger.... ;)

If i'm not mistaken CF is 6 times stronger than steel if compared weight to weight. But remember the purpose of using CF is to reduce weight of the laptop so the CF used would be much lighter than any other material of the same size, so you can no longer compare weight to weight
