What is the max boost for stock Evo 4 ecu?

EVO1-3 boost 1.5bar w/out fuel correction very risky la.. thats what i know... it's a walking timing bomb.. can go off anytime... but why the heck u upgrade the actuator to evo9 for?</p></blockquote><p></p>
