What bank good for loan?

I considered with RHB, CIMB and public bank. Public bank won hands down. Public bank service very fast from agent to the bank staffs.., value the property with latest market price trend and can provide you with lowest interest (depend on your docs and amount you borrowing). You can challenge them if other banks giving you lower rate. Agent oso lang loi

no need to be pro in buying property..just need to have lots of $$$ will do :)

walk in any bank and tell them you have RM 1 million cash in FD..for sure will immediately approve your loan ....:listen:

for me the best is Public Bank......the worst is bank islam....if never pay they will call u & scold u........

yup...when they call me up they never say hello.....just say "bila nak bayar.....? " in a loud tone....
i think ah long also will say "hello" 1st......

already black list them haha......will never apply anything with them anymore......

wah! i really need to choose properly. any idea if there's any bank that provide service where i can find out online whether i'm eligible for the loan or not? dont wanna waste my time go all the way there then end up not eligible for the loan =_=

u go to public bank website, email the staffs, they will ask for documentation, u may need to scan or
fax it over to them in order to get verified & u will know the answer in a few days.

provided u are not blacklisted or have any outstanding payments then you're fine

if u want to buy property...avoid affin bank. :listen:
if u ever take any loan wif them u will get notifications via smses, calls and letters for payment.
even if u paid on time every month u will still get these notifications each month as if u have outstanding.
a few of my colleague kena already and now they are happy wif al rajhi.

since my loan is still a year old, haf to bear wif affin bank at the moment...
last time i check i have 4 letters from affin bank for the next monthly payment.cannot recall how many smses they haf sent me.and i already inform their cust service that called me to call my wife since it really disturb my work.call u until u answer them no matter where u are!dem.... :banghead:

That reminds me of my ex colleague. He did miss one or two of his car repayment, and got black listed. He only found out when he apply for housing loan a few years alter . Not sure what he did to clear his name, but later on housing loan was approved....

bank rakyat same as bank islam......when u apply they treat u like king, when u have default payments they treat u like sh*t.:banghead:

Want you to take loan, dangle carrot in front. After that all hell breaks loose......:banghead::biggrin:

i choose BSN when i bought my own house last year...at first i was a little bit skeptic...well you all know la BSN...the only bank that doesnt utilize CDM yet (only certain branch have)...most of the transaction have to do over the counter...but to my surprise...the rate is really competitive...customer service also not bad...for me the only downside is...all transaction have to do over the counter...

while i was hunting for loans last time i concluded that...

most oversea bank is the procedure is easier...got good customer service...fast approval...local bank most of the time is the opposite....
