If they are going to execute the plan half hanging like this, might as well don't do it until everything is properly sorted out. Why not continue with the monthly system until everything is properly planned out and arranged.

Mix with 100 will give him around 97-98. If just mix with 97 then only gives him about 96 which might not be good enough especially since he said his shell 95 is already not suitable to begin with.

The problem is the Petron stations at my area all sell Ron 95 or Ron 100 only. Ron 97 have been taken off. Probably need to pump BHP Ron 97 later......lol
