btw it come with double side tape ? any circuit board or wiring come together in 1 pack ?

no white.. i dont think there is in the market except the long neon which cost reali expensive.. >.< n yeahhs.. it come with the required double sided tape.. the sius the place where u go for installation will fix for u cos they need to know wats the size of sius to fit ur car.. anyways.. any doubts can jst pm mii ya.. ;)
