We just had a few shots of the Toyota-Subaru RWD coupe joint venture, the FT86, undergoing testing in the quaint little town of Nurburg in Germany, home to the Green Hell, or Nurburgring, as we know it.

The video gives us some proper angles of the car in motion and allows us to whip up quite a sketch of the actual product in our minds.

Though there’s no actual confirmation if the car in the video is the Toyota or Subaru version but the huge wing and multi-spoke alloys scream STI. Nonetheless, the wing could very well be a homage to the mighty Supras.

Nonetheless, it’s shaping up to be quite a looker from the silhouette we got courtesy of the video. The final product will probably be as handsome as it would be a handler and we would gladly trade a mother-in-law and maybe even the nagging aunt to have one parked in out garage.
