Tensioner bearing?

i'm getting this metallic rattling sound when moving from a dead stop and according to my mech it is the tensioner bearing?

it seems this is a very common problem with the 4G63T. is this true?

what is the cost of replacing this bearing?

IIRC, Tomei produces a set of timing belt that comes together with tensioner bearing. The set cost 500 plus couple of years back, so the bearing alone shouldn't cost that much. Cheers
