It could simply be too tight, or tensioned improperly, leading the throttle to open slightly even with pedal fully released, disabling the IACV, and causing various idling issue. it could also be that your throttle pedal is sticking, or even the able being kinked more than it should and causing resistance. so check that too.Well, without looking at the how it was installed, that's what I'd check first, anyway.</blockquote>
